The “Bloody Valentine” rocker delivered a cover of the Wham! classic “Last Christmas” during NBC’s A Motown Christmas special, which aired Wednesday.

In an Instagram Story, MGK quoted the “Last Christmas” lyric “Give it to someone special” alongside an emoji of a heart covered in a bandage.

Reports surfaced earlier in the week that MGK and Fox, who first started a relationship in 2020, had split, though neither has publicly confirmed the breakup. Us Weekly quotes a source saying, “They are both too hot-headed and fell back into their constant fighting. They can’t get on the same page and it’s not easy for them being together.”

Fox had just announced in November that she and MGK are expecting a baby together.
